Job Description:
Join our growing Lahore-based support team as a Customer Service Executive (Inbound). You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, assisting with general inquiries, product support, and issue resolution. We’re looking for someone confident, patient, and passionate about helping people.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information
Document interactions and follow up on open queries
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Requirements:
Intermediate or Bachelor's qualification
Excellent spoken Urdu and English
Prior call center or CSR experience preferred
Calm under pressure and good at multitasking
