Shift: Day shift + alternate weekend offs
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month
Experience Required: 1+ years preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat, email & calls
Process return/exchange requests
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Skills Required:
Good written English & typing (30+ WPM)
CRM & ticketing tool experience
E-commerce experience preferred
