Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer emails and chats
Resolve complaints with a professional tone
Keep accurate records of each interaction
Collaborate with backend teams to resolve escalations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong English writing and typing skills
2+ year of CSR or support experience is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a bonus
