Brand new with clip ( black), plastic casing and rubber covering for the protection.Not a otterbox but can’t tell the difference besides the otterbox name on the case.It really is amazing case .Great grip n great protection.And a lot cheaper than otterbox.Come check it out. Will be getting another couple dozen soon.
