Selling my CBR - been an utterly reliable commuter for me for a while but unfortunately need to downsize asap.
It's my daily so miles will go up. Starts right away everytime & runs flawlessly, these bikes just twist and go. Needs nothing.
Only thing off is that the left side fairings aren't mounted rn - I have a brand new full set of all the plastics all ready to go on, included. It got pushed over twice by idiots parking so the left side plastics got all cracked open. No damage otherwise. Bike has never been crashed or anything like that, feel free to inspect thoroughly & test ride w cash in hand. The fairings are all jerryrigged now - I wanted to try the ragged naked look & didn't mind it/get around to changing it. Again got everything new sitting waiting to get put on.
This has been my primary for a year, was my close friend's bike before that, & his close friend's bike before that. So hoping to similarly pass it along. Perfect if you want a nimble city bike, something to learn on, a beginner track bike, etc.
it's actually very comfortable 2-up - this is the bike that got my girlfriend into bikes - & can haul a day trip or a picnic w cargo net on the back. Surprisingly versatile. If you're chill on the throttle it'll make 75+mpg but I average closer to 55-60 (mostly city riding, I weigh 205, & half the time I've got a passenger).
This season it's gotten a new chain, new AGM battery, & new kickstand switch.
Have accrued a lot of extras from years of having the bike in the group. As well as the set of fairings, comes with a box of spare parts, mostly OEM honda in original packaging: - Clutch Cable - Rear Seat Subframe - Engine hangers - Injectors (3) & seal rings - Brake pads (front & rear) - Chain spare connecting link - Bulbs (Sylvania 2821) - Frame sliders & inserts - Adjustable levers & stock style levers - Turn signals - Battery tie down bracket + an assortment of spare OEM bolts, clips, tubes, connectors, filters, sensors, etc.
